Now we're showering and getting ready to go get Jonathan his Christmas present.  Yay!!

my butt hurts

I guess I overdid it with riding my new bike yesterday.  It's just so fun!!  I can't help it!  I feel like I'm 7 years old again.

I love living in Florida cause even though it started pouring rain every time I went for a ride, it was still warm enough that I could just keep on riding.  Rain riding!

Seriously though my butt really hurts!  How long before I build up butt callouses?

how Mariah inspired me to run an extra mile

This came on while I was at the end of what I normally run and I just couldn't stop.

For her to be able to sing that entire song and be that consistant with the vocal gymnastics all the way to the end.  Amazing.  That's some Michael Phelps shit right there.  The least I can do is run an extra mile until the song is over right?

And that's what I did.  I owe my buns of steel to Mariah.

Mariah is the ONLY artist in the world who can sing this song..The combination of vocal technique used in this song is so complex that no one will be able to replicate it. The range, the power, the airiness, the texture, the control, the flawless transitions, melissma, etc...it is a Miracle that a single person (Mariah) posses all these qualities thats why she is the Greatest vocalist on the world!!!

I like that he adds Mariah in parentheses, just in case maybe you want to pull a quote out from his comment.  He wants to make sure you know he's talking about Mariah ok?

Honey got me hooked on you

Jon took this perverted picture of me at the beach when I didn't realize.  He said it's me on the set of my music video.

The other day Christina aptly described me as having an, "LA face with an Oakland booty" which I think this picture speaks to.  I didn't realize that my ass was so big that it hangs out of the bottom of my bathing suit.  How embarrassing.

The point though is that this really does look like a still from a music video or something.  I have been trying to peer pressure Tayisha Busay in to coming down here to shoot a video, I am going to use this as evidence of why they need to.  In fact there were people doing a photo shoot on the beach just down from us on this very day.

It doesn't get much more picturesque than this.
