it's that kind of a neighborhood
I don't know how long I'll survive living in my grandfathers neighborhood. I was jogging and came across this scene.
Not only did they feel the need to split the sidewalk around a tree but then they also had to put in a sign to direct traffic. And you can tell it's a heavily trafficked area.
This is the same neighborhood where my brother once got a ticket for parking his truck in my grandfather's driveway overnight. Apparently work vehicles are to be kept out of sight.
Living here is a far cry from my old apartment overlooking the parking lot where the garbage trucks are kept.
