So apparently there is a law in Florida that if you slam on your breaks for "no reason" then it's your fault if you get rear ended.

State Farm is now going to argue that I should have hit the turtle instead of stopping and causing the people behind me to smash in to me.

Is there a congressperson I can write to about this?
